Canon Lens reviews are based on real world shooting, not test charts. I have discovered that test charts do not tell the whole story about a lens since it is really only practical to test lenses at a single focal length and distance. By basing my tests on actually taking pictures I get to know the lens a lot better and can offer a more rounded opinion. Sample images will be supplied for your viewing along with my commentary. In addition, I will also offer my advice on how each lens compares to similar lenses within it’s class, both to other Canon lenses as well as third party offerings.
